air conditioning condenser

2023-12-27

When household air conditioning is cooling, the heat exchanger (also known as heat exchanger) in the outdoor unit is called condenser, and the heat exchanger in the indoor unit is called evaporator. The heat release process of condenser, which converts the gaseous Freon of high temperature and high pressure into liquid Freon of low temperature and high pressure by heat exchange with air outside.

Introduction to Products

The condenser, that is, the outdoor heat exchanger, is the high pressure equipment of the system during refrigeration (the heat pump type is the low pressure equipment during heating). It is installed between the exhaust port of the compressor and the retarder device (capillary or electronic expansion valve). The high temperature and high pressure gas (Freon) discharged from the air conditioning compressor enters the condenser and is cooled by copper pipe and aluminum foil. Air conditioners are equipped with axial cooling fans, using air cooling, so that the refrigerant in the process of cooling and condensation, the pressure is unchanged, the temperature is reduced, from gas to liquid.

The process of refrigerant change in the condenser can be regarded as isothermal change process in theory. In fact, it has three functions. One is that the air takes away the superheated part of the high temperature air conditioning refrigerant gas sent by the compressor, making it dry and saturated vapor; The second is to liquefy under the condition of constant saturation temperature; Third, when the air temperature is lower than the condensation temperature, the liquefied refrigerant is further cooled to the same temperature as the surrounding air to play a cooling role.

Method of maintenance

When we check the air conditioner, we mainly check the condenser of the air conditioner, and clean the surface of the condenser. If there is too much dust, we must clean it in time, and also carry out compressed air blowing. When we check, we must check the performance of switches and control components, test the reliability of their performance and whether there is a fluorinated air conditioning phenomenon, if the refrigerant of the vehicle is insufficient, it will make the air conditioning lose the refrigeration effect. In addition, attention must be paid to whether the refrigerant leaks. The same can also be observed by the compressor surface parts for effective treatment, mainly on the compressor surface, hose and joint parts of the oil trace for timely treatment.

Condensers can be divided into the following types according to their cooling methods:

1. Water condenser: Water condenser cools the working medium through water circulation. The working medium flows inside the condenser, while the outside water circulates through the condenser pipes or the cooling tower, taking the heat away. Water condensers are widely used in many industrial and commercial fields, such as air conditioning systems, refrigeration equipment, etc.

2, air condenser: Air condenser uses natural convection or forced convection to distribute heat to the surrounding air. It usually consists of a series of heat dissipation fins that increase the surface area to enhance heat dissipation. Air condensers are commonly found in automotive engines, power stations, and industrial equipment.

3. Evaporative condenser: Evaporative condenser is usually used in steam circulation system, in which heat is transferred by evaporation and condensation. In the evaporative condenser, the hot steam is in contact with the cooling medium, thus condensing the steam into a liquid state. This type of condenser is commonly used in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

4. Hybrid condenser: Hybrid condenser combines different cooling methods, usually combining water cooling and air cooling systems. For example, the hybrid condenser can use the water cooling mode in the initial stage and then switch to the air cooling mode at lower temperatures. This type of condenser can be flexibly adjusted under different working conditions to provide higher efficiency and performance.
