Both of these processes are in use.The grade we use for Heat Exchanger Tubes need possess two elements of good weldability and corrosion resistance. In order to ensure the quality of the Majestice® Heat Exchanger Tubes, we will inspect the tooling and mold before production to prevent the product from being scratched, and pay attention to the quality of the mold core. After drawing, we need to check whether there are aluminum sticking or other defects to prevent the problematic aluminum tube from flowing down. In addition, Before shipping, we will test the products to avoid quality problems of the Heat Exchanger Tubes you receive.
