Characteristics and structure of micro-channel aluminum flat tube:


The inside of the micro-channel aluminum flat tube is composed of multiple micro-channels, which are in various forms such as rectangle, triangle and circle. The width of the channel is usually less than 0.5mm. The inside of the micro-channel aluminum flat tube is specially treated to form a uniform alumina protective layer and improve the corrosion resistance. At the same time, the wall thickness of the micro-channel aluminum flat tube is generally less than 0.2mm, and the heat conduction performance is high.

Sintered mesh type porous micro heat exchanger is made of powder metallurgy. The processing of microchannels at large scale is significantly different from the processing of microchannels at micro scale, and the former requires more efficient processing and manufacturing technology.
