The condenser is the main heat exchange component in the air conditioning. The first generation is tube type, its structure is copper tube through aluminum fin; The second generation is pipe belt type, which is to bend the extruded aluminum flat tube into a snake, and then weld the strip aluminum fin in the middle. Parallel flow condenser is a major improvement on the basis of pipe belt type, which further reduces the hydraulic radius of aluminum flat tube, strengthens the heat transfer on the refrigerant side, and is equipped with collecting tubes on both sides of the condenser. The refrigerant channel is designed according to the law of the shrinking volume of refrigerant from gas to liquid state, so as to further improve the heat dissipation efficiency. In this way, the condenser can be designed very thin, the wind resistance is greatly reduced, and the weight is also reduced. The technical level of parallel flow condenser can be said to have reached a quite high level, and it is difficult to have a major breakthrough in the overall structure. The improvement focus is only on how to better distribute the channel of refrigerant.


2. Structure and advantages of tubular condenser


A tubular condenser is a device used to cool air. The tubular condenser is composed of a shell, a tube bundle and a heat sink, etc. Its interior is a water chamber and a steam chamber, and the two chambers are connected by pipes. Advantages of tubular condenser

Therefore, for the same type of refrigerator: when the evaporation temperature of the coarse tube is lower than that of the fine tube, it is better to choose the coarse tube; When the evaporation temperature of the thin tube is higher than that of the thick tube, the thin tube is better.


Due to the high thermal conductivity of water, the convective heat transfer effect of water is better than that of air.
