1.Product Introduction
The high frequency welded intercooler tube is a kind of composite tube. The main difference between extruded pipes and high frequency welded pipes is that they can have weldable layer materials of different aluminum alloys. Generally, the core material is 3003, and the cladding weldable alloy is 4343 or 4045. Widely used in the production of heat exchange tubes, furnace welding or flame brazing, with sacrificial corrosion resistance.

3.Production process of High frequency welded intercooler tube
Step 1: the vacuum suction cup is loaded with aluminum tape: the vacuum suction cup reduces the knock and touch caused by manual operation.
Step 2: Tube forming: The flat strip is made into an almost final tube through the forming roller and introduced into the welding station
Step 3: Welding: There is no or very few sparks when the soldering station is produced
The fourth step: cooling: cooling with cold water
Step 5: Gua Sha: Two independent movable scrapers can reduce the height of the weld and smooth its surface.
Step 6: Calibration: After scraping, it is calibrated by the calibration roller.
Step Seven: Cutting
Step 8: Label and place neatly on the pallet
